The Horizon Deploy and Manage [V8.8] lab is a hands-on exercise that teaches you how to configure and manage a virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) platform. The lab is part of a five-day course that also includes lectures and covers topics such as: 
    • Installing and configuring Horizon Connection Server and Unified Access Gateway
    • Configuring a load balancer for use with Horizon
    • Establishing Cloud Pod Architecture 
    • Creating and optimizing Windows VMs for Horizon desktops 
    • Installing and configuring Horizon Agent on a Horizon desktop 
    • Configuring, managing, and entitling desktop pools 
    • Configuring and managing Horizon Client systems 
    • Creating and using Remote Desktop Services (RDS) desktops and application pools 
    • Monitoring the Horizon environment
